Everything's Better with Lemon đ
From fresh pasta to homemade ice cream
I donât know what it is, but the second summer rolls around I want to add lemon to absolutely everything. Pasta? Absolutely. Dessert? Obviously. A refreshing drink? Even better.
So I put together a little roundup of my favorite lemon recipes that Iâve been making on repeat lately. Whether youâre looking for an easy weeknight dinner, something sweet, or a refreshing drink for a hot day, Iâve got you covered.

If youâve been wanting to try homemade pasta, let this be your sign. I know ravioli sounds intimidating, but I promise itâs so worth it. The fresh pasta, creamy homemade ricotta, bright lemon, and buttery sauce all come together into one of my favorite meals.
Whatâs Inside:
Homemade pasta dough
Creamy lemon garlic ricotta
Brown butter sauce
Fresh basil âcaviarâ
When life gives you lemons... make this cake. Itâs buttery, bright, packed with fresh raspberries, and finished with the easiest lemon glaze.
Whatâs Inside:
Soft buttery lemon cake
Juicy raspberries
Fresh lemon zest
Sweet lemon glaze

đ¤ Lemon Garlic & Herb Shrimp with Orzo
The buttery garlic shrimp, bright lemon, fresh herbs, and tender orzo make it light enough for summer but still filling enough for dinner. Itâs one of my favorite weeknight meals when I want something fresh without spending hours in the kitchen.
Whatâs Inside:
Buttery garlic shrimp
Lemony orzo
Fresh basil, parsley & dill
Sun-dried tomatoes
Soft bakery-style muffins packed with blueberries and fresh lemon. Theyâre just as good with your morning coffee as they are for a little snack!
Whatâs Inside:
Lemon zest
Fresh blueberries
Soft, fluffy muffin batter
Creamy yogurt
Creamy, fresh, and one of my favorite things to keep in the freezer all summer long. Itâs just the right balance of sweet and tart, and tastes even better on top of warm cake, cobbler, or pie.
Whatâs Inside:
Fresh lemon zest & juice
Creamy homemade custard base
Whole milk & heavy cream
Vanilla
This is one of my favorite drinks to make in the summer. Itâs bright, refreshing, and just the right amount of floral without being overpowering. Itâs delicious on its own, but it also makes the perfect base for a brunch cocktail.
Whatâs Inside:
Fresh lemon juice
Homemade lavender syrup
Cane sugar
Fresh lemon slices
Hopefully this roundup gives you a little inspo the next time youâre craving something lemony. If you have a favorite lemon recipe (or one youâd love to see me make), let me know in the comments!

BBQ Ribs With Homemade Blackberry Barbecue Sauce
I know ribs can feel a little intimidating, but I promiseâtheyâre not nearly as complicated as they seem. If youâve never made ribs before, this is such a good beginner recipe. These blackberry BBQ ribs are smoky, sweet, a little tangy, and so good. The homemade blackberry barbecue sauce is what really makes them special, and gives them such a fun twist. Theyâre perfect for summer cookouts and definitely guaranteed to impress.
